Qualifications

Jennifer…

Is a teacher, a pilgrim, and a writer.

This writer believes that projects should be finished—especially novels that are stuck in the middle, essays that don’t land their endings, and technical content that needs polish.

This writer spends more time than she should thinking about box jellyfish, great white sharks, alligators, giant squid, and other aquatic creatures that could kill her.

This writer can help anyone translate her/his/their mind to paper.  She requires a quiet space, a calendar, a stack of books, and good coffee.

This writer has three holy water fonts on her writing desk that she has considered filling with peppermint extract, crushed mint, dried hibiscus, or some other favorable scent.

This writer has helped many fellow writers and thinkers finish political memoirs, edit design books, finalize theses, storyboard novels, and research essays.

This writer lives outside of Philadelphia, where she dances in the kitchen and leans into her computer screen when she’s on the verge of finishing a chapter.
